Tsquared Tutors utilizes certified and non-certified teachers, available to teach all subjects for grades 6-12 at various times. We hire tutors having bachelor's or associates degrees. We also hire tutors who are seeking bachelor’s degrees and those who are working on advanced degrees. At a minimum, individuals seeking to become a tutor must meet at least one of the following criteria: |

Working towards a degree, or have demonstrated leadership qualities. |

Furthermore, we seek to hire individuals with the following additional qualifications: |

Passion for teaching children |

Teaching certification or other suitable background |

Record of successful teaching relationships with at-risk students |

• |
Competency in reading and math skills at the appropriate grade level(s) |

References demonstrating dependability, punctuality, patience, and aptitude for working with children. |
